Inception
Inception, a film with a budget of 160 million dollars, produced, written and directed by Christopher Nolan, released on 23 July. As expected stood up, I would even say that it exceeded the expectations (which were already high). This film is accompanied with a great soundtrack composed by Hans Zimmer, who has composed for films such as Pirates of the Caribbean, Gladiator, The Dark Knight and many others.
This work of science fiction, a thief with talent, Dominic Cobb (Leonardo DiCaprio), can enter the dreams of a person during sleep, linking both bodies to a small machine and rob them valuable information, usually for corporate espionage.
Throughout the movie we are overflowed with information and impossible worlds. It’s a film with a complex argument, in which the minimum diversion of attention can be catastrophic in the understanding of the movie.
Here is my classification, about the argument, visual and sound of the movie.
Classification:
| Argument (Universe, Story, Concepts e Characters) | 9/10 |
The concept (dreams exploration) is well developed, with the main character very well detailed and explored. |
| Visual (General Image, Three-dimensional and Visual Effects) | 8/10 |
The visual effects are very good, but some three-dimensional effects could be better. |
| Sound (Soundtrack, Sound Effects, Surround) | 10/10 |
From the soundtrack to the sound effects, this film shines, so it’s worth seeing this film in a cinema. |
| Final Classification (It doesn’t correspond to the arithmetic mean) | 9/10 |
Without a doubt one of the best movies I have ever seen, therefore I recommend this movie. |

Next is the trailer and a very good diagram for those who have watched the movie (those who have not seen the movie, don’t see the diagram, as it may spoil the surprise effect of the film).
